Sex Magic TechniquesThere are hundreds of sex magic techniques that have been developed over thousands of years by different researchers. At its core, sex magic is nothing more than the harnessing of sexual activity, or the passions and energies that are centered around it, as a means to focus the will and achieve effects in the real world. But sex magic techniques require lots of study. It is difficult to deny yourself some of the things required by sex magic; in some cases, ejaculation is forbidden, and in others periods of abstinence are required. It also requires two partners that are compatible in more than the normal ways; one cannot use sex magic with a person who does not realize you’re doing it. There have been dozens of significant researchers into sex magic techniques as well. Paschal Beverly Randolph was one of the first active members of the Hermetic Brotherhood of Luxor, which was heavily influential with the Golden Dawn and the OTO. Aleister Crowley became famous within mystical circles for his focus on sex in magic, including homosexual relations and masturbations; this was especially shocking in the Victorian and post-Victorian eras when he lived. Carl Kellner, founder of the OTO, claimed to have learned his sex magic techniques from three hidden masters of the art. What it really comes down to is a search for the truth, and of course the paths to the central truth are many. Sex is a valid one, if you can managed the discipline. Most studies of sex magic techniques blend Eastern studies of Hinduism, Buddhism, and/or Taoism into Western teachings, and almost every single one claims sex to be the supreme magical power. And why wouldn’t they? There is something profoundly moving about sex, good, bad, or indifferent. It rises from the source of power in the loins, and the best sex moves the spirit upward through the top of the head. When the sexual instinct is repressed through outside means rather than through internal discipline and choice, a variety of ills come out in the person, particularly violence. When it is expressed in a healthy way, the individual can fulfill himself completely. There is, however, a good deal of disagreement over what that “healthy way†really is. Crowley’s Book of the Law states bluntly that each individual has a right to satisfy sexual impulses in a way that is physiologically proper for him, treating sex as sacraments. This has been misunderstood over the years as a teaching that anything goes. It doesn’t. While sex magic techniques that work vary from person to person, Crowley has unfortunately implied that you should just go ahead and try anything; this has given unscrupulous “teachers of magic†an unfair and immoral advantage over truth seekers. There is an inner core to each person that rejects some things in every person. If you are encouraged to do anything that makes you uncomfortable, you should flatly reject it; that is your mind telling you that this is not your path. If there is pressure to do it, then you should run in the other direction. Many unscrupulous predators have used the idea of sex magic to oppress innocents and get what they want from them. The truth behind sex magic techniques is this: the seeker must express his or her sexuality in the ways that the seeker feels comfortable. But he must also understand the underlying emotions and feelings that rush through the body during sex. Part of this will almost certainly involve a period of abstinence (both in aroused and unaroused states) so that you can know the difference. Crowley did not teach abstinence at all as a technique; this is where he lost his balance. However, Crowley created an entire system of sex magic. It can be very tempting to simply follow his outline to enlightenment. And that is why you should be cautious. There is no quick and easy path. Each path that is your correct path is rocky and filled with dirt. If someone gives to you the simple way to enlightenment, he is either lying to you or self-deluded. Your path is individual and unique and only opens to you when you have sought it properly. So don’t worry about the systems, and don’t use magic spells outlined on the Internet. Instead, explore the way Kundalini works in you, the different ways you feel at different stages of sex, and the way your partner makes you feel. These methods will work for you better than any outline in the world, and with patience and practice your path will roll before you, sharp stones and all. » 8746 reads |
